Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship to Slovakia and the 26 other countries of the European Union, and outside the EU to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship anywhere else.
Production and delivery time
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 3–7 business days depending on the product: Solitaire stands are fastest at around 3 days, Display Rack Summit takes around 7. Engraved pieces add 24 hours. Delivery then takes a further 2–6 business days within the European Union. Outside the EU allow longer: the parcel is cleared through customs on arrival and that step is not under our control.
We dispatch no later than 30 days from the day the contract is concluded. If we cannot meet that, we will tell you and you may withdraw from the contract.

The shipping cost is always shown in the basket and at checkout before you confirm the order.
Prices and tax
The seller is not registered for VAT. All prices shown are final and no VAT is added at checkout.
Within the European Union no customs duty or import tax arises.
Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and the United Arab Emirates cross a customs border. Customs duty, import tax and a carrier handling fee may be charged in the destination country. These are not included in the price or in the shipping rate, they are paid by the recipient on delivery, and we cannot tell you the amount in advance — each country sets its own thresholds and rates and they change. Check with your local customs authority before you order.
Tracking
A tracking email arrives once your order leaves us, naming the carrier and the tracking number. Within the European Union shipments are carried by GLS and can be followed through their European tracker.
When risk passes to you
Risk of damage passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
Delays and damage
If your order is delayed more than 3 business days beyond the estimated window, or arrives visibly damaged, email Info@tatrahold.com with your order number. For damaged pieces we ship a replacement and no return is required.
Returns
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. For deliveries to Switzerland, the United States and the United Arab Emirates no statutory right of withdrawal applies and our voluntary 30-day return applies instead. Both are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
