Your right to withdraw

Withdraw from your order.

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Fill in the form below — that is all it takes.

If you are a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This page is the online withdrawal function required by § 20a of Act No. 108/2024 Coll. Consumers in the United Kingdom have an equivalent right to cancel within 14 days and may use this same form.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the United States and the United Arab Emirates there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Our voluntary 30-day return applies to you instead — write to Info@tatrahold.com with your order number.

How to do it

  1. Fill in the form below. In the message field write: your order number, the date you received the order, and the sentence “I hereby withdraw from the contract of sale.”
  2. Send it. We confirm receipt by email — that email is your proof, so keep it.
  3. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. The return address is Kreact s. r. o., Kamenné 1057/14, 907 01 Myjava, Slovakia. The parcel must be addressed to Kreact s. r. o., otherwise the carrier will not deliver it.
  4. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used, including the cheapest delivery option we offered. You pay the cost of returning the goods.

Good to know

You may unpack the piece and handle it as you would in a shop. That does not affect your right to withdraw. You are only liable for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond that.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to engraved and personalised pieces, which are made to your specification.
