This is the information required under Article 19 of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety.

Identifying a piece

Each product is identified by its model name and the SKU shown on its product page — for example TH-RK4-GRA for a Display Rack Four in Graphite. Quote that code when you write to us about a piece.

Safety information

  • Not a toy. Not suitable for children under 3 — small parts, risk of choking.
  • Heat. Our pieces are printed in PLA, which softens from about 55 °C. Keep them away from direct sunlight, radiators, car dashboards and dishwashers. A softened piece loses its shape and does not recover.
  • Cleaning. Wipe with a dry or barely damp cloth. Do not use solvents, alcohol, acetone or abrasive cleaners — they attack the finish.
  • Trays and bowls. The Valet Tray and Valet Tray Duo are made for watches, rings, keys and coins. They are not intended for contact with food.
  • Load. The pieces are designed for watches and small desk objects. Do not use them as a step, a support or a mount for anything heavy.

Reporting a safety problem

If a piece causes an injury, a near miss, or you believe it is unsafe, write to Info@tatrahold.com. Every report is investigated and we will come back to you. This is our reporting channel under Article 9(11) of Regulation (EU) 2023/988.

CE marking

These products do not fall under any EU harmonisation legislation that requires CE marking, so they do not carry the CE mark. That is correct and not an omission.
