Where we are
TatraHold is operated by Kreact s. r. o., Kamenné 1057/14, 907 01 Myjava, Slovakia — a small studio in the alpine north of the country. We do not currently take walk-in visitors; every piece is shipped, never picked up.
Response time
Every email gets a reply from a person on business days. Weekend messages are answered Monday morning. If a piece is stuck in shipping or arrives damaged, write with „urgent“ in the subject line.
